An escrow account is a contractual arrangement in which a third party receives and disburses money or documents for the primary transacting party. The disbursement will depend on the conditions agreed to by the transacting parties.

Hold customer’s securities for safekeeping to minimize the risk of theft or loss. The custodian holds securities and other assets in electronic or physical form.

Custody, review and examination of mortgages notes and documents used as collateral for loans owned or securitized by Fannie Mae, Ginnie Mae, Freddie Mac.

The bond trustee is responsible for the registration, transfer and payment of bonds. The bond trustee is required to maintain separate accounts, monitor bond document requirements and provide monthly statements to the issuer and borrower.

As a mutual funds administrator we take care of the accounting and administration of the mutual funds.

Consists of an employee and employer agreement by which an employee will receive an additional compensation upon retirement or, in the event of death, to family dependents.
