  • Valid ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID).
  • Social Security Card.

  • Once you open My College Account, you can manage it through Mi Banco. If you're not registered for Mi Banco yet, you can complete the registration process to access your accounts, make transfers and payments, and use the other available digital tools.

  • None. Zero. Nothing. You also do not pay overdraft or inactivity fees.

  • Yes. Your Visa debit card works with ATH Móvil for fast and easy payments and transfers.

 Under certain conditions, you may be required to provide certain additional information. Accounts are open on business days only. If you attempt to open an account on a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

 The Ahorro Directo service applies to purchases made with your BPPR debit cards at points of sale (POS). The service will be effective automatically.

 Mobile Easy Deposit is a free service and only for Banco Popular customers with individual deposit accounts and/or business accounts (FlexiCuenta de Negocios® & B-Smart®). Available for selected customers who meet the eligibility criteria for this service. Checks deposited before 6:00 p.m. on a business day will be processed the same business day, subject to deposit verification and validation. Deposits are subject to the Bank's Funds Availability Policy.

 Retiro Móvil is a free service for customers who have an individual deposit account and/or business account (FlexiCuenta de Negocios® y B-Smart®) of Banco Popular and are registered in the Mi Banco Mobile application. To send cash you must have an active Banco Popular debit card. Non clients will be able to collect the cash at one of Banco Popular's ATMs once they download the Mi Banco Mobile application and select Retiro Móvil. This service is available at all of Banco Popular ATMs. Withdrawals are subject to the availability of funds of your account. Refer to the Funds Availability Policy at any of our branches. Customers can also refer to their Deposit Accounts Contract. Mi Banco Mobile is a service offered by Banco Popular de Puerto Rico and is free of charge. You should check with your mobile service provider if charges for data transmission apply.

 Requires that both the owner of the account and the person who will receive the transfer, to be registered in the service. To register, you must have an active debit card with a participating financial institution with the ATH Móvil Service. Only individuals who are 13 years of age or older may use the service. Other restrictions apply. Please access athmovil.com to register and to view the terms and conditions or the list of participating Institutions. ATH Móvil is a service of the ATH® Network from EVERTEC Group, LLC.
