The email is a notification that the account statement is available. If you did not receive the email, your electronic statement is still available in the channel where you get it.
We recommend that you check if the notification was delivered to your Junk or Spam mailbox folders. You can add the email address to your contact list so our notifications that your account statement is available go directly to your Inbox. If you have problems or need additional assistance, please call the Commercial Support Center at 1.855.756.3939 and choose option # 3.
