If you are enrolled in Mi Banco Online, you must download the Mi Banco Mobile app (available for iPhone®, iPad® and Android). If you are eligible, the main menu will show the option to deposit checks, thus allowing you to use the service. Certain eligibility criteria have been determined: You must be registered with a personal account in Mi Banco Online, have at least one eligible account that has been open for more than 6 months, and you must have made good use of your banking relationships according to the parameters established by Popular. Clients’ eligibility will be periodically reviewed.
Mobile Easy Deposit is not available at BVI.
