• Regulation CC of the Federal Reserve Bank requires banks to make deposits available within a certain period of time. Depending on the type of deposit, the money may be available the same day, the next business day, or after several business days; in most cases, the longest delay is seven business days after the deposit date. During the deferment period, if any, you will not be able to withdraw the funds in cash and the Bank will not use the funds to cover payment orders issued by you.
• Banco Popular establishes limits for the availability of funds in accordance with the minimum amounts required by Regulation CC1.
