  1. Go to popular.vi
  2. Click on the Sign In button and select Web Cash ManagerSM
  3. Log in to your Web Cash ManagerSM account
  4. Select the Admin window from the menu
  5. Click on User Password
  6. Fill the required boxes
  7. Click Send
