Credit Report

I (we) authorize Popular de Puerto Rico to obtain my (our) credit report from one or more credit reporting agencies, and to use it for evaluating this application. I (We) also authorize Popular de Puerto Rico to further obtain my (our) credit report for those purposes permitted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
