With Mobile Withdrawal you can withdraw or send cash to anyone, even if the recipient does not have a bank account.1 To cash out, the recipient just needs to visit an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) located at one of Popular’s branches with the Mobile Withdrawal service. It’s that simple!

How to send

  1. Number 1To send cash, you must have an individual or commercial (Ideal Business or B-Smart) deposit account with a regular ATH® or ATH® International Visa Popular debit card. See how to send cash from your mobile.

  2. Number 2The daily limit to send cash is $500 or $1,000 if you have a premium account. Cash is sent in multiples of $20 (up to $200 per transaction).

To send cash you must have a ATH® or ATH® International Popular debit card activated. Non clients will be able to collect the cash at one of Popular’s ATMs once they download the Mi Banco Mobile application and select Mobile Withdrawal. Service available only at ATMs in branches of Popular. Withdrawals are subject to the availability of Bank funds. Refer to the Funds Availability Policy at any of our branches. Customers can also refer to their Deposit Accounts Contract. Mi Banco Mobile is free of charge. You should check with your mobile service provider if charges for data transmission apply.
