Suspension of check payment for 6 months has a cost of $15 per check or set of checks in sequence; $15 to extend the original suspension for 6 additional months, and $22.50 for suspension of check payment for 12 months (suspension and simultaneous renewal) per check or set of checks in sequence.

Copy fee for checks is $5 on paper per page and $4 on CD / DVD, must include 10 checks or more. Copy fee for account statements is $10 per printed statement or on CD / DVD. It does not apply to photocopies of IRA account statements or Payroll Cards. To select the CD / DVD option, 10 account statements or more are required.

The fee to replace an ATM/ATM International Card due to loss, theft, damage, and/ or an additional card is $5, this does not apply to automatic renewals.
